PHLEGM v8 | Checkpoint 55 | SPC700 memory operations | ActRaiser

Latest checkpoint 54 reports uploaded SPC700 code halting on 0x69 at 0x0446.
All seven 2026-1010-1103 core dumps show the same halted initialization,
with INIDISP=0x80, 2893 transferred bytes and CPU polling 0x9A63.

0x69 CMP dp,dp now compares destination memory minus source memory
using SPC700's source-byte-first operand encoding; PSW N/Z/C updated,
memory unchanged, other PSW flags retained.

29 additional previously trapped SPC700 instructions also gain VM scripts:
OR/AND/EOR/CMP/ADC/SBC dp,dp and (X),(Y) (12 total),
ASL/ROL/LSR/ROR dp/dp+X/abs (12 total),
INC/DEC dp+X/abs (4 total), MOV dp,dp and MOV A,(X)+ (2 total).
This replaces 30 TRAP entries and brings the total to 191 implemented.
Existing opcode row classifications stay intact; no processor-specific native
opcode interpreter dispatch is introduced. All CPU-specific actions are
defined by the .phlegm programs and run by generic numeric primitives.

The source was validated with structural VM-script checking and randomized
reference arithmetic/logic tests. No FreeBASIC native compile toolchain is
available in this working environment; actual Windows builds and ActRaiser
operation must be verified externally. The S-SMP timers and S-DSP synthesis
remain incomplete.

The most recent console also reports that an old backup SNES-PPU layout
did not match the current configuration; the pre-existing session loader
correctly preserves the incompatible session and starts a fresh machine.
This checkpoint does not silently reinterpret older session bytes.
